Description
Sutherland is hiring a Performance Engineer to design, execute, and analyze performance tests for web applications, BI reports and dashboards, and ETL/data models within a SAFe environment. The role requires hands-on experience with Apache JMeter, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Playwright, and Azure DevOps pipelines, along with knowledge of HTTP/APIs, performance metrics, and root-cause analysis. The engineer will integrate automated quality gates into release pipelines, identify bottlenecks, collaborate with development, QA, data, and operations teams, and participate in SAFe ceremonies.
