Description
Wayve is hiring a full-time Tech Lead to define and own the architecture and roadmap for Remote Assistance in its robotaxi program. The role covers onboard integration, offboard services, operator tooling and HMI, vehicle-to-operator data and authority contracts, safety-critical reliability, latency budgets, monitoring, and cross-team execution. It requires staff-level experience with real-time safety-critical systems, strong product orientation, cross-organization leadership, and hands-on expertise in low-latency streaming, robotics or AV integration, control systems, or human-in-the-loop design. The position is based in Wayve’s London office with a hybrid working policy.
