Description
NEURA is hiring a Staff Engineer for its Robot Systems & Integration cluster to own the technical architecture of real-time robot systems, including RT OS scheduling, hardware interfaces, motion planning, industrial device servers, and end-effector architecture. This is a pure individual-contributor role with no people-management responsibility, but it provides technical leadership across platform and product-engineering teams through design reviews, RFCs, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and hiring support. The role requires at least eight years of hands-on robot systems integration experience, strong C++ systems programming, cross-layer debugging, and demonstrated cross-team architectural impact.
