Wabtec is hiring a Technical Lead for a railway software engineering team in Contagem, Minas Gerais. The role leads technical direction, architecture, code and design reviews, CI/CD pipelines, delivery execution, and developer mentoring while working primarily with VB.NET and SQL Server. It requires strong VB.NET and SQL Server experience, technical leadership experience, software architecture knowledge, Azure DevOps and CI/CD expertise, advanced English, and availability to travel domestically and internationally. Railway systems, mission-critical systems, legacy modernization, DevOps automation, and full-stack knowledge are desirable.
