The role leads technical decisions, quality, standards, architecture, observability, risk management, and the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices, while mentoring the team and coordinating with Product, Infrastructure, SRE, Data, and Architecture. The position requires at least five years of software architecture experience, Java 17+ and Spring expertise, microservices, cloud, containerization, testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and GenAI application skills.
