The role combines technical leadership with hands-on full-stack and cloud engineering, including architectural direction, scalable application delivery, CI/CD, secure cloud operations, code reviews, and collaboration with product, design, and client stakeholders. Candidates need experience leading cloud-native full-stack teams, strong full-stack development skills, cloud architecture expertise, AI or machine learning integration knowledge, and technical governance experience.
