Description
A senior technology leadership role responsible for executing the team’s strategy with high autonomy, analyzing performance indicators, translating strategic directions into actionable plans, and fostering experimentation and technological innovation. The role coordinates with Product, Data, Infrastructure and other strategic areas, ensures predictable and high-quality delivery, and develops the team’s technical and analytical maturity. It requires at least three years of experience in coordination, technical leadership or high-responsibility roles, strong analytical and communication skills, and a technology background.
