NiCE Actimize is hiring a Business Analyst Manager for its Professional Services team at the Global Talent Center in Pune, India. The role leads business analyst practices and professionals, supports implementation of NICE Actimize Integrated Fraud Management solutions for financial institution clients, manages business and system requirements, coordinates project delivery, identifies risks, and coaches and trains the BA team. The position requires 15 years of IT experience, including 10 years in business analysis and at least 3 years leading a BA team, along with BFSI, fraud detection, payment systems, SQL, and SDLC experience. It follows a hybrid model with two office days and three remote days per week.
