Edenred is hiring a Technical Manager/Leader for Payments Software Development to lead the development, evolution, and operation of cross-functional applications supporting electronic wallets and related business processes. The role coordinates 10–15 developers under agile practices and modern engineering, with responsibilities spanning secure, scalable, auditable, and regulatory-compliant software delivery. Required qualifications include 6+ years of software development experience, 2–3 years leading teams, fintech or payments experience, advanced English, and expertise in .NET or similar technologies, microservices, databases, CI/CD, containers, observability, security, and agile practices. Knowledge of financial processes, payment standards, and provider integrations is preferred.
