Description
The Tooling Maintenance Technician performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on injection molds and tooling, troubleshoots production issues, repairs and refurbishes molds and fixtures, operates tool-room equipment, reads engineering drawings and CAD models, fabricates replacement components, supports mold qualification and engineering changes, maintains tooling records, and collaborates with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and production teams. The role requires a technical degree, vocational training, or equivalent experience in tool and die making, machining, or a related field, along with 3–5 years of tool-room or injection-molding experience; it is based in Anasco, United States, with a minimum of four days of in-office presence per week.
