Description
Takeda is hiring a Reporting Operations Analyst to support the operational integrity and enhancement of approximately 20 Power BI and Qlik dashboards. The role monitors scheduled data refreshes, performs data validations, troubleshoots refresh failures and data mismatches, investigates data quality issues, coordinates with Data Operations, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams, and implements operational improvements. The position requires 1–3 years of BI operations, data support, or analytics experience, along with Power BI DAX, QlikView/Qlik Sense, and intermediate-to-advanced SQL skills. It is a full-time regular employee role in Bengaluru with hybrid working and comprehensive healthcare insurance.
