DMS, part of the AKA Group, is hiring a Tech Operator for its Tech Ops team through a structured academy opportunity with full training and development. The role manages the finalisation, encoding, transcoding, packaging, editing, and international delivery of film and television content, including localised content, DCPs, broadcast and online deliverables, and promotional media. It requires Adobe Premiere Pro, Clipster and/or Transkoder, DCP creation, digital video-format knowledge, technical accuracy, communication, organisation, independent problem-solving, and availability for ongoing rota-based shifts, including early and late hours.
