Inter is hiring a BackOffice team member for its Digital Account to develop and support integrations with external providers, institutions, and regulated flows. The role assesses remittance impacts, evaluates external connections, identifies opportunities to apply AI in validations and workflow evolution, and translates regulations into compliant integration practices. Required qualifications include banking and payments/collections experience, understanding of external integration impacts, consistent AI use, and the ability to interpret technical and regulatory documentation; an IT degree is desired.
