AlphaPoint is hiring a remote TechOps Engineer to maintain customer system uptime and integrity, monitor servers and operating systems, manage Linux, Proxmox, and Docker deployments, automate core tasks, protect data assets, and troubleshoot information systems. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, expert Debian system administration, networking and security expertise, experience across cloud, bare-metal, and VPS environments, database and SQL knowledge, scripting skills, and strong Linux, Proxmox, and pfSense experience. The position covers the overnight EST shift from 1 AM to 9 AM EST and offers competitive salary, remote work, and unlimited vacation.
