iO is hiring a Tech Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary software development teams across custom digital projects for clients in e-commerce, FinTech, and other domains. The role covers project planning, budget management, reporting, client communication, progress and quality monitoring, change management, commercial opportunity identification, and team performance. Candidates need at least five years of project management experience, preferably in an agency, custom-project experience, Agile knowledge, commercial awareness, strong stakeholder control, and proficiency in Dutch and English.
