Description
Molex is hiring a Quality Technician in El Salto, Jalisco, to support PCBAs manufacturing processes in SMT and Backend areas. The role performs product and process audits, coordinates quality auditors, provides technical training, analyzes quality problems, tracks corrective actions, verifies control plans and startup checklists, conducts ESD audits, and escalates quality or safety risks. The position requires technical, technological, engineering, or incomplete engineering education; PCBAs and SMT manufacturing knowledge; IPC-A-610 knowledge; basic product and process auditing knowledge; problem-solving tools such as 8D and 5 Whys; English technical-documentation interpretation; basic English; and availability for a fixed second shift from Monday through Saturday. SAP, statistics, ESD, process-control plans, risk analysis, quality-team support, Microsoft Office, and team leadership are advantageous.
