Onward Search is hiring a full-time Technical Recruiter to source, interview, qualify, and place technology professionals for staffing clients. The role focuses on high-volume candidate sourcing, pipeline development, full-cycle recruiting, candidate engagement, KPI performance, and collaboration with sales and client services. Candidates should have experience recruiting technology professionals, familiarity with ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing automation, and AI recruiting tools, and a bachelor's degree is preferred. The position offers a $50,000–$65,000 base salary, commission and bonus eligibility, medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) benefits.
