Description
The role supports the development of service-provision scopes, standard operating procedures, risk assessments, and service-contract budgets; assists engineers with civil, structural, and building-services projects; manages FMS work tasks and PM/CM work orders; supervises in-house contractors and service providers; maintains safety standards; and contributes to performance metrics and continuous improvement. Applicants need a diploma, ITC, or NTC-2 qualification in architectural, civil, electrical, or mechanical disciplines, with building-maintenance experience advantageous.
