Description
The Optical Device Test Engineer supports product engineers in achieving yield, scrap-cost, debug-accuracy, and lean-improvement targets. Responsibilities include PE evaluations, BOM and test-time improvements, prime-yield and OBA failure analysis, ROHS debugging, real-time debugging, scrap-cost monitoring, and compliance with safety, ESD, cleanroom, and ISO requirements. The role requires an engineering diploma, at least five years of optical-device testing or repair experience in mass production, familiarity with optical devices and circuit analysis, computer literacy, communication skills, and experience with test instruments; PCBA troubleshooting experience is preferred.
