Description
Coherent Corp. is seeking an optical device product/test engineering professional to support product engineers in meeting yield, scrap-cost, debug-accuracy, and lean-project targets in a mass-production environment. The role performs product and BOM cost evaluations, test-time and prime-yield improvement projects, specification-file verification and qualification, OBA and ROHS failure analysis, real-time debugging and reporting, scrap monitoring, and training to improve debug accuracy. It also requires compliance with safety, ESD, cleanroom, housekeeping, ISO, and company requirements, along with independent work and collaboration with support teams.
