Description
The Security Vulnerability Remediation Specialist will support OptumCare’s combined TEC and TPC environments by meeting vulnerability SLAs, using Tanium and manual remediation tools, and collaborating with the ITSS field services team. The role requires IT desktop, Tanium, PowerShell, communication, and IT troubleshooting skills, with ITIL certification preferred. The position also leverages CoPilot Web for M365 collaboration and Optum integration, with CoPilot providing IT support assistance through self-service bots, chats, troubleshooting, knowledge, and ticket management.
