Exponent is hiring a Tech Support Engineer in Bengaluru to provide remote and on-field technical support for electric vehicles, diagnose battery and powertrain issues, analyze failure data, coordinate with OEMs and field teams, support battery swap and rework activities, maintain service records, and guide field technicians. The role requires 3–8 years of after-sales or customer-support experience, knowledge of high-voltage systems, CAN communication, and electrical diagnostics, and willingness to travel extensively and work shifts or on-call support.
