Description
Ketryx is hiring a part-time Tech Support Engineer for approximately 10 hours per week in Vienna, Austria. The role serves as the primary IT support contact for the Boston and Vienna offices, manages device provisioning and user lifecycle, supports Google Workspace and macOS environments, troubleshoots devices, owns the internal IT support channel, and supports security and compliance initiatives. The position requires English communication, problem-solving, documentation, and familiarity with IT systems; preferred skills include identity management, ticketing systems, MDM, backup and recovery, scripting, and networking. Visa sponsorship is not available for candidates without a valid work permit.
