Chapter 2 is hiring a Tech Talent Partner to serve as an embedded talent expert for technology and engineering hiring. The role owns the full-cycle recruiting journey, builds talent pipelines, partners with executive stakeholders, provides hiring data and market insights, improves interview processes, and represents the employer brand. Candidates need at least six years of talent acquisition experience, including experience hiring for engineering or go-to-market roles and exposure to high-growth agency, startup, or embedded recruitment models. The position is based in New York City with an onsite setup and flexible hybrid work possibilities.
