Molex is hiring an Optical Test Equipment Technician in El Salto, Jalisco to maintain and troubleshoot optical test, measurement, and characterization equipment used in production. The role includes preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, operator support, installation and validation of test stations, technical documentation, availability tracking, and compliance with industrial safety, ESD, and manufacturing practices. Candidates should have a technical or engineering background in electronics, mechatronics, systems, optoelectronics, or a related field, along with 1–3 years of experience supporting test equipment in manufacturing environments.
