This role involves ensuring a safe, comfortable, and sanitary environment for residents, staff, and visitors by performing various tasks according to established policies and procedures. The individual will also attend meetings, report issues promptly, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in training sessions. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in English, are essential. While prior experience in long-term care is preferred, it's not mandatory.
