BeyondMath is seeking a Technical Account Director to join their customer success and technical partnerships team. This role involves managing enterprise accounts, defining technical success metrics, translating simulation and AI results into business outcomes, and collaborating with product and research teams. The director will lead key enterprise accounts from pilot to production deployment, develop processes for customer success, and build strong relationships across various internal teams.
