Outtake is hiring a Technical Account Management Team Lead to coach and develop an account-management team, drive expansion and retention, own NDR and GRR, improve playbooks and systems, and maintain a small personal account book. The role requires at least five years of technical account management or related experience growing large enterprise accounts, at least two years leading account teams, strong coaching ability, and hands-on technical skills with AI agents. The position is based in New York City, with an in-person Brooklyn office five days per week and flexibility as needed.
