ABB is hiring a Technical Account Manager for its Process Automation and Energy Industries in Egypt, supporting chemical processing and life sciences customers across North and Central Africa. The role manages assigned service contracts, technical requests, customer satisfaction, service revenue growth, delivery performance, and service-sales opportunities. It requires 5–8 years of relevant technical account management or customer-facing experience, 3+ years in chemical processing or pharmaceutical manufacturing, a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or chemistry field, and fluency in Arabic and English.
