ABB is hiring a Technical Account Manager for its industrial Process Automation and Energy Industries in Egypt, supporting Water & Wastewater, Power & Green Hydrogen accounts across the North & Central Africa Cluster. The role manages customer technical requests, service contracts, delivery performance, KPIs, installed-base service plans, and service and system sales opportunities. It requires 5–8 years of relevant technical experience, 3+ years in water treatment, power generation, utilities, or infrastructure, 2+ years in service or account management, engineering education, Arabic and English fluency, and experience with asset maintenance, reliability management, or condition monitoring. The work model is hybrid.
