Bear Robotics is hiring a Technical Account Manager I to own the end-to-end execution of unmanned forklift deployments. The role serves as the technical and project liaison between Korea-based engineering teams and North American field teams, managing project planning, on-site setup and commissioning, integration with PLC, WMS, and MES systems, issue resolution, customer and stakeholder communication, and completion reporting. The position requires project management experience in system integration, solutions, or logistics and manufacturing automation, along with the ability to travel for extended assignments in the United States or neighboring North American countries.
