EDB is hiring a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for the United States to build and maintain post-sales relationships with large and complex customers using Postgres and AI solutions. The role serves as a trusted technical advisor, supports customer strategy and deployment, provides architecture and troubleshooting guidance, manages major initiatives, collects product feedback, and acts as a front-line technical resource.
