Five9 is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join their Technical Account Management team. This role involves providing excellent account management, project management, and technical consulting to clients, partnering with them to build trusted advisor relationships, understanding business needs, proposing optimized solutions, articulating the value of Five9's offerings, educating clients on product usage, directly supporting and troubleshooting technical issues, managing service interruptions, communicating potential impacts, fostering continuous improvement, overseeing customer support cases, and anticipating client needs.
