The position serves as the primary technical source for sales activities, manages customer service inquiries, provides technical advice, interprets customer requirements, and collaborates with sales, production, and scientific teams. The role requires a relevant life-science master's degree, fluent English and Chinese communication, technical presentation skills, and strong customer-focused communication and organization abilities.
