Description
JLL is seeking a Facilities Management Account Manager to lead facilities operations across a high-profile banking hubs contract. The role manages client relationships and quarterly business reviews, oversees M&E maintenance, cleaning, pest control, specialist providers, and service KPIs and SLAs, leads and develops a facilities team, manages contract budgets and financial reporting, ensures compliance with banking regulations and health and safety requirements, and improves operations through CAFM, asset registers, incident response, and business continuity planning. Candidates must be technically qualified, have at least five years of experience in a similar management position, and demonstrate extensive knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, security, and building automation systems.
