Kraken is hiring a Technical Account Manager for Octopus Energy France, based in Paris. The role serves as the primary technical and relationship owner for the account, advising senior stakeholders, guiding architecture and integrations, managing incidents and technical implementations, supporting product rollouts, and representing client needs internally. Candidates should have customer-facing technical experience, cloud and API knowledge, CI/CD experience, energy-sector exposure, French and English fluency, and a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
