MongoDB is hiring a Technical Account Manager to serve key customers, solve complex technical problems, build account-wide outcomes, and showcase MongoDB’s data platform. The role combines deep product knowledge, technical communications, account leadership, proactive customer engagement, troubleshooting, architecture and performance guidance, and mentoring. It is an early-hire position for a new Technical Account Management function, with a hybrid work model based in Bengaluru and a requirement of 7+ years of relevant experience.
