Description
Morris Technology Solutions is hiring a Technical Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with existing MSP clients, serve as their trusted technical advisor, and close referred and warm-introduced sales opportunities. The role owns client satisfaction, renewals, retention, account documentation, technical business reviews, expansion opportunities, proposals, pricing, and the full sales process, while collaborating with technical, service, and MSP leadership. It is a hands-on, client-facing, in-office position in San Antonio with travel to client sites across the metro area.
