Description
Ridango is hiring a full-time Technical Account Manager for a resident role in Abu Dhabi, representing its public-transport software operating system for a customer across acceptance, transition, warranty, and ongoing operations and maintenance. The role owns technical service delivery, escalations, SLAs, customer communication, infrastructure monitoring, and local vendor relationships, requiring a strong ITS or transit-technology background, experience with escalations and SLAs, willingness to relocate and obtain local residency and labour permits, and fluent English. Arabic, Abu Dhabi experience, prime-and-subcontractor delivery experience, and ITIL-aligned service management experience are preferred.
