This individual contributor role focuses on building strong technical and business relationships with customers, ensuring their successful adoption and utilization of the Transmit platform. The Technical Account Manager will provide technical guidance, champion the onboarding experience, resolve technical roadblocks, and act as a trusted advisor to strengthen customer relationships. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver a world-class customer experience and present product roadmaps.
