Description

Appvia is hiring a senior, client-facing Technical Account Manager / Client Principal / Technical Engagement Manager in London on a hybrid, permanent full-time basis. The role owns strategic technology accounts, oversees software and data delivery engagements, provides technical and delivery governance, leads executive stakeholder relationships, drives account growth and commercial outcomes, and translates solutions involving cloud, software, data, analytics, AI, and machine learning into measurable business value. UK Security Clearance eligibility is required, along with at least 8 years of relevant experience.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 8 years of experience in software or data consulting, technical delivery leadership, digital transformation, or account ownership.
Experience managing large or complex enterprise accounts or portfolios in consultancy or professional services.
Experience leading multi-stream technical engagements with delivery, forecasting, margin, and commercial-growth accountability.
Preferred Qualifications: Expert-level cloud or data certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or equivalent.
Agile delivery or architecture certification, such as SAFe, Scrum, or TOGAF.
Experience in regulated, large-scale, or highly complex environments such as public sector, finance, or insurance.
Experience creating client case studies, testimonials, interviews, or value-realisation reports.
Active UK Security Check clearance or eligibility based on British citizenship or Indefinite Leave to Remain, five years' UK residence, no criminal record, and no financial irregularities.
