Description
AWS is hiring a Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor and cloud operations architect for enterprise customers. The role focuses on driving AWS adoption, providing technical guidance and advocacy, maintaining healthy and cost-efficient environments, managing incidents and risk, supporting migrations, and conducting enablement workshops. Candidates need experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting across at least three cloud or distributed-systems areas, technical engineering experience, and fluency in written and spoken German; AWS, enterprise, and technical-account-management experience are preferred.
