Description
Cyware is hiring a Technical Account Manager & Program Manager focused on public-sector cybersecurity customers in the Washington DC area. The role owns post-sale customer success, program-level implementation and delivery, risk and compliance tracking, stakeholder reporting, and relationships with government agencies, systems integrators, and resellers. It requires extensive public-sector account and program management experience, knowledge of government contracting and security frameworks, strong communication skills, and an active or eligible federal security clearance. The position reports to the VP of Customer Success and includes structured QBRs, executive briefings, and cross-functional coordination.
