GenScript is hiring a full-time Technical Account Representative in Rijswijk, Netherlands, to serve as a bridge between customers and internal teams. The role handles initial customer inquiries, provides technical advice, interprets customer requirements, prepares customized quotations and solutions, and collaborates with Sales, Production, Project Management, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance. The position requires a relevant life sciences master’s degree, extensive laboratory experience, and proficiency in molecular biology and biochemistry techniques. The contract is fixed term for two years, with two months onsite training followed by a hybrid schedule of three days working from home and two days onsite.
