Description
Lambda is hiring a Technical Accounting Manager to lead research and guidance on complex, non-routine accounting transactions under U.S. GAAP. The role covers revenue, equity, debt, business combinations, leases, stock-based compensation, accounting policies, IPO readiness, SEC reporting, consolidated financial statements, audits, and SOX controls. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, an active CPA, and at least four years of technical accounting experience, with a San Jose office presence four days per week.
