Speed Bay Warehouse Solutions is hiring a Technical Accounting Manager in Denver, Colorado, to serve as the firm’s primary subject matter expert on complex U.S. GAAP accounting matters across its real estate fund and property platform. The role advises leadership, asset management, investor relations, and external auditors on GAAP accounting, SEC reporting, REIT and private fund structures, fund-level financial reporting, audit coordination, and financial statement deliverables. It is a full-time exempt hybrid position requiring a bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA certification, and 6–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a base salary of $130,000–$160,000 annually.
