The Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for customers by handling phone and email questions, opening and following up on customer files, coordinating complex technical issues, and explaining platform releases. The role requires French fluency, solution-oriented and commercially minded service, the ability to work under pressure, and a bachelor's or master's degree in electromechanics, electrical engineering, or energy technology, or experience in the electrical industry. It is based in the wider Poperinge area and offers a permanent contract, competitive salary, fringe benefits, and 32 days of leave.
