Description
The City of Rosenheim is hiring a Technical Administrative Officer (m/f/d) for road maintenance, preferably full-time but with part-time work possible under suitable staffing arrangements. The role involves monitoring and planning road maintenance measures, preparing multi-year maintenance plans, contacting residents, monitoring private construction projects on public traffic areas, developing annual road-marking and asphalt-construction programs, and processing and monitoring work orders for the municipal works depot. Applicants need a state-certified construction technician qualification or equivalent, GIS and maintenance-planning experience, a Class B driver's license, German at C2 level, and strong organizational and technical skills.
