The City of Hanau is hiring a Technical Administrative Support Specialist for Construction Advisory Services to advise property owners, designers, and planners on public building law, process building permit applications and inquiries, issue approval notices, handle objections, and support digital building permits. The role requires a degree in architecture, urban planning, civil engineering, or a comparable program, knowledge of building regulations and planning law, strong communication and judgment, and a Class B driver’s license. It is a permanent full-time or part-time position with pay up to EG 12 TVöD-VKA and public-service benefits, with applications due by 18.09.2026.
