Description
USP is hiring a Technical Advisor to evaluate active pharmaceutical ingredient, key starting material, and excipient manufacturing processes and supply chains; assess chemical, market, and supply vulnerabilities; analyze synthetic routes and advanced manufacturing approaches; and develop evidence-based technical recommendations and reports. The role is non-laboratory, supports multiple donor-funded projects, and requires a Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry with substantial industrial research experience, strong scientific and technical writing skills, and experience with literature reviews and evidence synthesis. The position is a two-year fixed-term role with a base salary of USD 126,250–176,509 annually and a variable target annual bonus.
